Supply Fee------------$5.00 to be paid the first day of school.

Parents must accompany their children to school the first day, Tuesday, August 6, 2009.

    Plan to be at school for two hours.  The Louisiana Legislature is requiring that all students entering Kindergarten be  screened or tested.  The purpose of this screening is to identify the performance levels, skills, and abilities of students entering Kindergarten.    The Kindergarten teacher must individually administer this test.  Therefore, it is necessary that we stagger the attendance of the students the first few days of school.  Under this law, we are also required to inform parents of the results of the individual students screening.     You will receive your students screening date the first day of school.

 First Grade

4 packs #2 pencils 12 per pack (Made in USA only)

5 Composition books (70 sheets only-wide ruled with wire binding)

2 boxes Kleenex -not purse size

4 boxes crayons (16 or 24 count)

1 book sack (No rolling book sacks, duffel bags or trapper keepers)

1 roll paper towels

1 box Ziploc bags (quart size--Boys ONLY)

1 box Ziploc bags (gallon size --Girls ONLY)

1 pack construction paper

1 pack 3x5 index cards

1 small plastic box with lid

1 primary writing tablet

1 one inch binder with 3 rings

1 pack loose leaf paper (wide-rule)

4 glue sticks

4 Mead marble notebooks --wide ruled (No spiral bound)
